What makes a Complete Human Being

If you want yo be at least remotely financially stable work for service industry, at least once in your life. This is a very rewarding and good merit building Karma. The Crown is not going to fall off your head, if you flip burgers, pack a store bag, deliver weed or buy a socks for homeless for Christmas, trust me. If you have been given any Privilege in this Lifetime, realize the fortune of it, appreciate it and … try to share part of it.
From esoteric standpoint, if you internally stable you have more chances for gaining and keeping stable wealth. But, even if you meditate 24/7, but do not take care of your physical health and remain stagnant, you will degenerate and loose your inner energy.
Remaining at least a little bit fit or physically active is very important. Practicing energy restoring is also very important, especially if you communicate with others a lot in your profession.
I prefer Qi Gong and Vinyasa Yoga as part of personal restoration and fitness. And daily elliptical as cardio. But many people differ to what brings them more energy, so you always have to find your own.
I went through the periods of severe lung and phlegm disorders, when I was either completely or partly stagnant, ignorant and idle or ungrounded. It is very important to always stay in check of your mind, and see if you may need a break from meditating to just have active outdoor fun. Everyone needs it. Vacations are made even for philosophers. And you can not keep the wealth for long, if you lack meditation and logic.
Finding inner balance in daily reality by understanding it, can be more valuable, sometimes, that any esoteric ceremonies we can create of attend.

5 Element Qigong practice offers a range of health benefits by harmonizing the body's energy (Qi) through the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.
Regular practice is associated with improved metabolic functions, enhanced immune system performance, reduced chronic pain, better circulation, and increased mental clarity and emotional balance. It also promotes physical vitality, strengthens the body's defenses, and supports the health of the internal organs linked to each element, such as the lungs, kidneys, liver, heart, and spleen.

Cooking can serve as a powerful form of meditation, transforming a routine task into a mindful practice that grounds the individual in the present moment.
Rather than focusing on silencing thoughts, as traditional meditation sometimes aims to do, mindful cooking emphasizes awareness of the senses - sights, sounds, smells, and textures - during the preparation of food.
You can also learn alchemy of interaction between 5 elements, by creating food and spices combinations in a process.
Finally you can serve others in a process which in itself generated future merit.

Make Authentic Masala Chai Tea Spice Mix
Authentic masala chai tea offers a range of health benefits due to its blend of black tea and traditional spices. It is known to boost immunity, aid digestion, reduce inflammation, support heart health, enhance energy levels, and provide powerful antioxidants.
The synergistic effects of its ingredients, such as ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper, contribute to these positive effects.
Immunity Boost: Spices like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and tulsi (holy basil) possess anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties that strengthen the body's natural defenses against infections and illnesses.
Digestive Aid: Ginger and black pepper are particularly effective in promoting gut health, stimulating the production of digestive enzymes, easing nausea, and improving overall digestion.
Anti-Inflammatory & Pain Relief: Ginger and cloves contain compounds like gingerol and eugenol, which have strong anti-inflammatory and natural pain-relieving properties, helping to alleviate joint stiffness and general aches.
Heart Health: The antioxidants in black tea, combined with the properties of cinnamon and cardamom, help manage cholesterol levels (lowering LDL, raising HDL), regulate blood pressure, and support overall cardiovascular wellness.
Metabolic Support & Blood Sugar Regulation: Cinnamon is known to improve insulin sensitivity and help regulate blood sugar levels, while black pepper enhances nutrient absorption and can assist in metabolic performance.
Energy & Mental Focus: The moderate caffeine content from black tea provides a steady energy boost without the jitters, and the presence of L-theanine promotes mental alertness and calm focus.
Rich in Antioxidants: The black tea base and spices are high in antioxidants like catechins, theaflavins, and polyphenols, which combat oxidative stress, neutralize free radicals, and may help reduce the risk of chronic diseases, including cancer.

This is very sad stigma, but not all and every Dharma practitioner must become vegan. Yes it is good in many cases for your overall health, but … there are certain medical conditions that do require people to consume animal proteins. Multiple Sclerosis, for example: “My nervous system … attacks itself disorder”. My DNA test did show Scandinavian roots, mostly Polish | Germanic | Russian | Welsh | Irish, with little bit over 1.1 % Scandinavian, but this is a typical disorder for Northerns Aryan DNA carriers.
I became vegan in 2011 until late 2016. My blood work during this period was worst I have ever seen in years. Once I went back to eating light meats like chicken and beef, I began stabilizing and went into the full remission in 2019. I have not had any symptoms since. Mind me I take no official medication, just a diet | lifestyle controlled treatment. With this said: sad or not, but common sense must prevail even within religious practices.
I had a friend who was always saying “Oh you about to eat dead meat, you are eating corps, “Oh, you are one of those - “dead beings eater”. I stoped being friends with this person in 2015. Now that I think about it ~ this man was fully blown catholic religious schizophrenic. He was forever “Bad news” and constant flow of negativity and judgements.
You need to listen to your own body, not your doctor or anyone else, no one can tell you what is good for you. It is you who has to decide how to live and what to eat to properly function and stay uplifted.
We need to always find a balance and stick to eating seasonal foods, especially if we live in the North. Snow Regions REQUIRE animal fats and proteins during snow season. Having Phö Soups, Borsch or Beef Stew during the winter are REQUIRED part of surviving in cold climates. If you live in Tropic Region, I am sure this would never even come up on your dinner list. But I live in the North. With snow storms and snow days for local school. We need meat to survive and we care about animal safety, just in a different ways.
Buddha never told anyone they do not need to eat meat, he recommended not to kill anyone. His followers took it to another extreme. Tantra teaches us that we are all, including bugs and dust mice came from the same place: Dharmadhatu. We are all going there after we die.
Again, Buddha never said: “You must become Vegan to become a Buddha”. All he said after Heart Sutra was: “In order to become a Buddha you must realize the Nature of Your mind”. That’s it. No elabarations.
We are what we think. Our Intention is 100 % MORE IMPORTANT than ACTION.
