My idea is to create a community with very specific houses, also for very specific purpose and for people with specific goals, based on specific Feng Shui directions.
"Feng Shui Community "Layout" plan of "Lucky 46" Various International Styles Townhomes or Homes:
5 houses will Face the North. NORTH Facing (Sitting) Buildings would represent the Denmark Style. NORTH HOMES are BETTER for the Single People with the pets or simply people who concentrate on their Career. NORTH Represents CAREER.
5 houses will Face the South. SOUTH Facing (Sitting) Buildings would be French Country Style. SOUTH HOMES are BETTER for ANY "Famous" or "Well Known" People. SOUTH Represents FAME & REPUTATION.
Another 5 would Face the East. EAST Facing (Sitting) Buildings would be Contemporary Modern Style. EAST facing HOMES are BETTER for BIG Families. As well as WEST & SOUTH WEST Facing. EAST, WEST & SOUTH WEST are all related to the FAMILY.
And yet Another 5 would Face the West. WEST Facing Buildings would be Traditional American. WEST facing HOMES are BETTER for BIG Families. As well as WEST & SOUTH WEST Facing. EAST, WEST & SOUTH WEST are All related to the FAMILY.
5 would be facing South East. The South East Facing Buildings would be the Middle Eastern or South Asian Style. I f you are in business o f the MONEY MAKING or LUXURY & WEALTH this should b e YOUR DIRECTION HOUSE. SOUTHEAST Represents WEALTH.
5 would be facing the South West. The South West Facing Buildings would either be Mediterranean or Spanish Stucco. SOUTH WEST facing HOMES are BETTER for BIG Families. A s well as WEST & SOUTH WEST Facing. EAST, WEST & SOUTH WEST are all related to the FAMILY.
5 buildings would be facing the North East. North East facing Buildings would be the Classic English or the Classic Russian - European Style. If you PROFESSOR or RESEARCHER or one of the retired scientific minds - this is your FACING HOME. This would also be the BEST FACING DIRECTION for ANY College DORM BUILDING. As well as NORTH WEST.
5 would be facing the North West. North West Facing Buildings would be the Modern Scandinavian. If you PROFESSOR or RESEARCHER or one of the retired minds - this is your FACING HOME. This would also be the BEST FACING DIRECTION for ANY College DORM BUILDING.As well as NORTH EAST. NORTH WEST Represents Friend's & Mentors.
1 House would be facing Courtyard Entry, located in the Center. This would be MAIN Community BUSINESS CENTER, BUSINESS COMPLEX & Casino with Buffet, that's ALWAYS Open, 24/7. All BUSINESSES like POOL & SPA & CHILD CARE with URGENT CARE will SHARE FREE SPACE IN THIS ONE BUILDING. YET MAKE THE MONEY. THIS HOUSE WOULD BELONG to ALL & EVERYBODY.

If and when this project will get build resale value from these properties will turn millions eventually.
